The purchase
- Find out which supplier is the best place to buy CBD from.
- Find out what you are buying. CBD is legal in Germany because it contains no THC. Cannabis oil or THC oil contains the active ingredient THC and is often illegal and prohibited.

Tips for use
- Be patient, CBD takes time to build up in the body. In order to be able to experience the effect optimally, we advise you to use the products daily for at least 2 weeks.
- Begin by taking a few drops per day and increase if necessary up to the maximum amount per day. You can find the recommended doses on the bottle of the oil. Taking more than the recommended amount is not harmful, but has no extra effect.
- Shake the bottle well before use so that the substances can mix well with the oil.
- The best way to take it is to put the oil under your tongue. As a result, the substances are quickly absorbed by the oral mucosa. You may also be able to dissolve the oil in water, dilute it with fruit juice, or mix it with food.
- If you stand in front of the mirror when taking the oil, you can place the drops well under your tongue.
- There are people who do not find the taste of natural oil tasty. For these customers we also have the oil with a peppermint flavor or an organic version that tastes nutty.
Storing CBD Oil
- Always store CBD oil in a dark, cool place for better shelf life. It can also be stored in the refrigerator, but please ensure that the oil is at room temperature when you use it.
Traveling with CBD
- CBD is legal in most European countries, but often not outside of Europe. Unfortunately, taking CBD with you abroad is often still a risk, as the customs regulations are not yet clear here and there is little information. If you want to be sure about the customs regulations in the destination country, please contact the customs authorities in your destination country.
- For people who travel a lot, CBD capsules are often a good alternative, but here too it is important to find out about customs import regulations before you travel.
