For our customers in the United Kingdom and United States, we use UPS for reliable and efficient delivery:

• Proactive notifications via email and SMS
• Estimated delivery window, typically within a few hours
• Real-time tracking, including the number of stops before delivery
• Delivery management options to reschedule or redirect delivery up to the day of delivery

UPS Access Point Delivery
You can also choose to have your package delivered to a UPS Access Point:

• Convenient pickup locations such as local stores or lockers
• Flexible collection times to suit your schedule
• Secure storage until you’re ready to collect your package

European Deliveries with DPD
For the rest of Europe, we use DPD’s excellent delivery service:
Home Delivery with DPD Predict

• Proactive notifications via email
• 1-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery
• Real-time tracking, including the number of stops before your delivery
• Flexibility to modify your delivery up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time

DPD Pickup Points
Alternatively, you can choose to have your package delivered to a DPD Pickup Point:

• Convenient collection during the pickup point’s opening hours
• Extensive network of over 100,000 pickup points and lockers across Europe
• Secure storage until you collect your package
