Artichoke leaf for comfortable digestion

An artichoke may make you think of the tender heart on your plate. Regenesis uses the leaf. It contains natural bitter compounds, including cynarin.

Artichoke leaf is traditionally used to support digestion, for example when feeling full after eating. This gives it a different role from artichoke as a vegetable with a meal.

Because the herb is in a capsule, you do not have to drink a bitter herbal tea. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. This is pleasant if you want to choose the herb but not the flavour of an infusion.

Chicory root and inulin

Chicory is the plant with blue flowers you sometimes see along the roadside. This formula uses the root. It too has a long tradition in supporting digestion.

The root naturally contains inulin, a dietary fibre that is not digested in the small intestine. Gut bacteria can break this fibre down further. Inulin therefore also explains the interest in chicory in nutrition for the gut.

What happens during fermentation?

The base consists of sprouted organic soya, fermented with cultures from water kefir and kombucha. Bacteria and yeasts convert substances in the ingredients during this process. The name Kefi-soya refers to this fermented base.

After this process, the mixture is freeze-dried. First it freezes; then the moisture is removed. This produces a dry powder without a hot drying stage.

The dried powder contains the soya base and both herbs, which go into the plant-based capsules together.

Composition of Regenesis

The formula contains three organic main ingredients. The shell is made from plant cellulose, a thin layer around the powder.

No fillers have been added. The formula is suitable for vegans and contains no wheat, gluten or dairy. Soya is present.

Use and cost per day

Take one to three capsules per day with a large glass of water. The capsules are intended for adults. You can take them with or without food.

Depending on your daily amount, the jar lasts 20 to 60 days. At the current price, that is €0.44 - €1.33 per day. Follow the recommended amount when using it.

Keep the jar in a cool, dry place and close the lid tightly after use. Do not put a damp spoon or wet fingers into the jar. This keeps the powder dry.
