Ingredients

Ashwagandha (KSM-66®) (milk), HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Piperine (Bioperine®), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Allergens: milk.

Use and warnings

Use: Take 1-2 capsules per day, preferably 1 with lunch. After 3 months, stop for 2 weeks.

Warnings: Consult a doctor or pharmacist in case of antidepressants, liver or thyroid disorders or thyroid hormones. Use with caution with serotonin-enhancing medication. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended. Not suitable for children unless otherwise advised.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of young children.
